| 职位描述及要求： | The Technical Director will be responsible for: •Lead the technical effort of projects and ensuring overall technical quality of work. •Provides advice to project team and solves complex issues. •Oversees technical aspects of projects to be sure they are in concert with project scope, design, budget and client goals. •Ensures project design and technical details are carried out on all projects. The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered: •Have at least 15 years International experience in delivering high-end Architecture projects, from concept through to complete Construction. •Be responsible for leading the technical effort of projects and ensuring overall technical quality of work. •Provide advice to project team and solve complex issues. •Oversee technical aspects of projects to be sure they are in concert with project scope, design, budget, and client goals. •Ensure design and technical details are carried out on all projects. •Experience/knowledge in architectural practice and prior management experience leading technical design of project teams. •Have good communication and management skills. •Possess superior conceptual design ability. •Have high-rise experience. •Have an advantage if familiar with technical codes in China, as well as, an understanding of building large-scale projects in China. •Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
